So, the other day, I went on a Noodle Hunt with the crew. OMG, Kingsford is the place to eat. It's got everything you'll love - Chinese, Indonesian, Thai, Malaysian and Japanese restaurants, all right next door to each other. There is so much variety on Anzac Parade, that you probably do not even know where to start.

But fret not, I'm here to show share my Top 5. Scroll below to your ultimate food guide in Kingsford.

Everise Handmade Noodles

Look no further, if you're a fan of handmade noodles, this is the place to be. Everise Handmade Noodles is always packed with locals and students especially during lunch hour.

The House Stir Fried Noodle with Beef and Dry Fried Noodles with Lamb are delicious. If you're looking for something different yet delicious, I would recommend the Cold Noodles with Fried Roast Lamb. It was shown with 3 Chillis (a measure of spice levels) in the menu, but if you can handle the heat, this dish doesn't dissapoint.

Chinese Dumpling & Noodle Restaurant

This place takes me back to one of the dumpling and noodle places in China, with its quirky interior and pleasant staff. The spring pancakes were an absolute hit with the crew. It taste exactly the same as getting it from the street vendors in Beijing. Yum!

The Northern style pork and chives dumplings and handmade noodles with beef are a must try. Huge portions made to share, so it's a great place to out with friends!

Kingsford Chinese Restaurant

Okay, as I'm writing this, I'm feeling so hungry thinking about the best Malaysian Chinese food in town. This is it, Kingsford Chinese Restaurant is one of my absolute favourite.

The Braised Green Beans and Shan Dong Chicken are the most popular dish in this restaurants. As I sat there, waiting for my dish to arrive, I overheard every customer ordering the same dishes (and perhaps with a little bit more variety).

Shan Dong Chicken was succulent and the skin was just simply scrumptious. The dish was served in a sweet and spicy sauce, sprinkled with carrots and shallots. The Braised Green Beans just had everything going for. You gotta try these!

It's Time for Thai

It's always time for Thai. Who am I kidding? We arrived at lunch hour and it was full house.

The Soft Shell Crab is to-die-for. A yummy dish served with fresh salad.

Imperial Peking Chinese Restaurant

Imperial Peking is a must visit, if you're a yumcha fan. And even more so, if you love duck.

We tried all the handmade dumplings, they were all delicious, with the Gow Gee (Prawn Dumpling), my absolute favourite.

This family run business has been going on for 17 years and Jenny, the manager, takes pride in serving one of the best Peking Duck in Sydney. On weekends, this place is packed, so be prepared to wait in line to get in.

It's so easy to get to Kingsford via Anzac Parade, with heaps of buses running along Anzac Parade. Even with all the construction going on, Kingsford is still open for business. So, don't be afraid to check Anzac Parade out and "Live It Up Locally" guys!
