Enjoying Homemade Pavlova with Yellow Tail Prosecco

I have always love baking, since I was a kid. When Yellow Tail approached me to create my favourite dessert, I had to pick an Aussie classic.

I have been so inspired by MKR’s Toffeed Fig Pavlova, here is my version of a ‘berry’ nice pavlova. Topped with seasonal fruits in spring, I am loving the fresh blueberries and strawberries. Paired with delicious Yellow Tail Prosecco, it’s heaven. My husband loves it, as pavlova is his favourite dessert ever!
