Galentine's Day at Rabbit Hole Tea

(Okay, firstly, ignore the outfit change, I was here in Spring and back in Summer kind of thing, haha!)

Rabbit Hole Tea is the prettiest cafe in Sydney. I kid you not. The warehouse space, for some reason, feels like a dream home with soft lightings and beautiful ceramic wares. If you're looking for yummy fusion food, delightful hot and cold brewed tea and... you happen to be also obsessing about flatlays, Rabbit Hole Tea is the place to be!

I love every inch of Rabbit Hole Tea and that includes the bathroom too. OMG (soooo cray). I won't tell you how it looks like, but it's got this really cool mirror which says "Who In The World Am I?" Now, that's a selfie you wanna have.

So, on Galentine's Day with my gal pal, we started off with a nice cuppa tea and a dessert each. If you're looking for happy colours, Turkish Delight is the loveliest of them all. FYI, I couldn't get enough of my Matcha Green Tea Cake hehe.

And, did I mentioned the new Summer menu is out? Think of cold green tea soba noodles and deconstructed sushi - sashimi served with avocado, shredded carrots, finely sliced daikon and sushi rice. It was divine!

It's the perfect place to spend with Galentine's or Valentine's Day. Or any other day, really. I will always take my favourites to this place, always and forever.

People often ask me what is my favourite cafe in Sydney? Hands down Rabbit Hole Organic Tea Bar ! It's the prettiest place to brunch with friends. The interior is stunning! I will be blogging the interior space soon of Rabbit Hole sometime soon. I really wish this warehouse space was my home hehe. It's the dream!

So, just another arvo hanging out with my friend, Ria from Craftsposure. We met a year ago, in this same spot, talking about our hopes and dreams. Coincidentally, it was an anniversary kind of day, hehe.

We started off with refreshing Tea Mocktails. The Minty Marrakesh Caipiroska was divine, made of smoky fgreen tea and mint smashed with a squeeze of lime. Ginger Goddess was our next sip, with spicy tea muddled with lemon and passionfruit. Can't say no to that.

If you love tea latte, you gotta try the Turkish Delight Latte. The prettiest you will ever see. It's tea combination of decadent rose petals and cacao.

Rabbit Hole is known for their beautiful, seasonal menu. I'm missing the matcha soba noodles served in winter. This summer, they introduced delicious new brunch bowls and topped toast.

I'm loving the Seasonal Vegetable Buddha Bowl from Rabbit Hole's Brunch Bowl menu. It's jampacked with all my favourite salad (mmm, carrots) and topped with quinoa, bacon and eggs. A generous dash of black tahini dressing makes it one of the best salads in town! We had

Look no further, to all the PB&J fans out there (it's Peanut Butter & Jam bee tee dubs hehe), this toast is to-die-for. The most beautiful peanut butter and cacao toast topped with bananas and raspberry chia jam. It screams "YUM!".

We ended our food safari with Rainbow Trout Salad served with potatoes, seasonal leaves and salsa verde. It was pure happiness.

If you love good food and a lovely atmosphere, Rabbit Hole Organic Tea Bar is the perfect hang place with friends to chill and have a sip of bespoke tea. There's so many to choose from and sometimes, you can tell the lovely staff, "Surprise me!" and they will, hehe.

Thank you for popping by my post. It is a little bit lengthy today but I simply adore this place! Can't wait to take you guys on an interior tour of Rabbit Hole Tea!
